Refund policy

Return & Refund: We have a No Refund Policy.

Sale items: Sale items cannot be returned for Store Credit or Exchanged.

Returns for Refund: We only offer exchange, in an unlikely scenario, an item delivered to you is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or want to return it for the same reason, send us an email at thenakhrastore@gmail.com. This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the product and an unboxing video needs to be shared.

Money once paid will not be refunded. If an exchange is not possible because the product is out of stock or some other unforeseen scenario, a unique coupon code will be generated for the customer.

 

Cancellation before dispatch is allowed on request only.
