Returns for Refund: We only offer exchange, in an unlikely scenario, an item delivered to you is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or want to return it for the same reason, send us an email at thenakhrastore@gmail.com. This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the product and an unboxing video needs to be shared.
Money once paid will not be refunded. If an exchange is not possible because the product is out of stock or some other unforeseen scenario, a unique coupon code will be generated for the customer.

Please note that any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country will be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. All orders are shipped on a CNF (Cost and Freight) basis only.

Most of our jewellery are made of mixed alloys unless specified.
- Keep away from water, perfumes, chemicals, makeup, moisture of any kind.
- If you accidentally expose it, gently wipe it with soft cloth and let it dry naturally.
- Avoid dropping or pressing the jewellery, as mixed alloy pieces can be delicate and prone to damage.
- Store your jewellery in zip locks and air tight.
